All water heating, boiler, heating appliances, open fires and associated pipes and flues throughout the property should be operating correctly and should be maintained in a serviceable condition. All appliances should be installed by a competent engineer and be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Management should continuously monitor and record of all information related to trainings, testing and maintenance of equipment in order to ensure all safety features are operating correctly.
