As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, Owen offers mastermind study groups, workshops and coaching, aiding personal and professional growth. He has travelled extensively to more than 42 countries and carries a total work experience of 24 years in senior management levels in Africa, Asia and in Europe.

As an international MBA instructor specializing in Business Operations & Global Leadership, his industry and teaching experience gives him just that additional bit of an advantage when it comes to developing strategies and building strong foundations in the global context of doing business and being successful. As a professional certified Psychometric Analyst, he is able to use his deep understanding of Human Behavior and can offer an approach with a holistic understanding of one’s personality and gifting. This helps him chart a unique personal/organizational growth and development plan, tailored to one’s personal /organization’s needs. He also holds a Black Belt Six Sigma Certificate. He has also been trained on Pearson Edexcel teaching techniques. In addition to this he is active into teaching at the MBA level at the City University sites in Europe & China.

Born in Bombay (Mumbai) India, he finished high school and later completed Engineering with honors from one of the most prestigious Technical Institutes of the University of Bombay, India. He added 3 additional diplomas to his name covering management studies and import and export trade and finally topped it with an MBA from City University of Seattle.
