Balazs Szammer Chef Instructor and Kitchen chef with more than 20 years of work and 10 years of teaching experience in the hospitality and culinary industry. He studied tourism and gastronomy at college of Gyöngyös, Hungary. He achieved one of his main goals to gain experience of every segment of the day-to-day

operation in the kitchen of 5-star hotels and high class restaurants. Such as Castle hotel Parádsasvár, Hungary, Karma restaurant Gyöngyös, Hungary and Casa Ungria Spain) He earned his 2nd Culinary diploma from Business Hotel Management School in Luzern Switzerland. Short after he gained experience at the Marriott hotel s group in Switzerland. He started to work at Business Hotel Management School in Luzern as an assistant culinary teacher and a few years later he got promoted as a culinary instructor. In 2021 Balazs got invited to Thailand to teach Thai chefs for European food culture and cooking skills in a 5-star Hotel Amanpuri Phuket. Currently he is the Chef executive and Chef executive instructor of Swiss Educational College Weggis Switzerland.
