Máté Kintner obtained his bachelor’s degree in the University of Physical Education Recreation and Health Improvement course in 2014. He received his second degree in the University of Szeged as a Behavior Analyst and then became a Work- and Organizational Psychologist in 2019 in the University of Technology. During this time he has also acquired coaching and training qualifications.  His main objective is to unite the obtained wide range of knowledge, create the harmony of the body and mind and also to implement these into workplace environment which not only enhance the workplace engagement and well-being, but foster productivity, teamwork effectiveness and motivation within the firm. His time spent at Uniqa Insurance Company as a trainer, educational past, openness to new experience and his knowledge obtained abroad helps companies to reach their short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
